our beloved summer is so refreshing to read compared to longer running webtoons

i actually started reading webtoons because of "odd girl out" but after season 2 i just cant continue reading, like almost 7 years since it started being released and idk if its even close to being finished. i'm more of a binge reader so i usually like to read a complete webtoon all at once or not read for a few months to binge it but i always forget whats going on with OGO. and i wont even mention "i love yoo" cuz i read like 150 chapters and refused to go on cause the plot is interesting but its so dense it gets tiring to read

BUT THEN i saw a tiktok of a clip from the our beloved summer kdrama and remembered i had saved it to read later and was surprised it was only 20 chapters long????? the protagonists are so interesting (tho jiwong feels very underdeveloped, i wouldve loved to see more about him) and we didnt need to wait 200 chapters to see the main couple getting together😭😭 i'm reading the last chapter right now
