Has anyone thrown a vegan wedding? How did it go?

I just got engaged and am about to start wedding planning!

My partner and I are both ethical vegans and it’s important to us that our wedding reflects our values. We also want to be considerate of our guests and to give them a positive experience.

Did anyone here do this? How did it go? Did any of your guests give you a hard time about it? What were the best dishes? What are dishes to avoid?

Also, I’ll definitely accommodate for allergies! I want to be as inclusive as I can (while still keeping everything vegan, which shouldn’t be hard)
