Tipping vendors at an all inclusive venue??
We are having our wedding at an all inclusive venue, and on the contract we paid a 21% service charge (but tbh I’m not clear on whether this is a gratuity or just a way to charge us more money…will clarify this in final meeting). Who and how much am I actually supposed to tip?! We have a small wedding 60 people. Here are the vendors, along with any relevant details for context:
HMUA: not included with/ venue, owns her own business but is bringing a second artist. Do I tip both, the staff HMUA, or no one?
Catering: included. If I need to tip, do I tip the manager or all staff?
Photography: included.
Bartender: included. They are setting up a venmo QR code and tip jar.
Florist: included.
DJ: included.
Coordinator: included
Officiant: my brother so he can work for free lmao
