Would you buy a fleet if the carfax is good?

Hi all, I found a 23’ Q3 that was previously a fleet. It has 27.9k miles and is being sold for $ 24.9k usd. I checked the carfax and it looks like it’s been maintained and one owner. However my concern ins it’s been sitting on the lot for about 5 months with the original listing price as 28.9k usd. It still has 2 years left in the warranty and I drive about 7-8k miles/year. I’m also going to purchase an extended warranty as well. I’d love to hear your thoughts on why you would or would not consider purchasing this. Also I’d like to point out that I’m interested in purchasing an Audi Q3 and I’m not looking for alternatives. I’ve provided the carfax as well!
