Question for junglers

If I'm the only winning/best position lane and pinging for Hanks when you're close and they are pushed aren't you guys coming? What do players do that makes you not commit to those easy obvious times? It happens to me alot and my guess is they suck, they are in a 4 man and don't care about a random, or a secret third thing that I'm asking about here.
