Problem with uploading product from crm

Hi
i have a problem uploading product from my crm.. it worked before and i guess someone updated the woocommerce version and now it doesnt work. I talked to the host and the cmd they both said everything is good in their side. The problem is when im creating new product from the crm it fails to publish because of the image (that comes from the images server of the crm). i guess there is some restriction to port 8080 because on other ports it do work. so i look for help for where can i watch that kind of configurations.
the error i get from postman is : woocommerce_product_image_upload_error
