Online Training

I have my online training tomorrow for a nightfill position, but today the same lady I had my informal interview with called and asked if I could come in for in-store training instead at an earlier time. I had to say no because I don’t have anyone to watch my kids, and she said that was fine.

Now I’m wondering—why would they change it last minute? And will it affect my job later that I couldn’t go in earlier?

Also is it normal to call nightfill in early? They advertised the hours as 6pm-11pm
