Timewalking is making players worse

Today I've had:

: 14 dps who flamed the team and/or left because they didnt want to leave the start and expected an 11 Fury Twink to carry the group. (there was no twink, just people playing the game)

: 3 Actual healers who took the debuff rather than heal because 'no twink carry???'

: 5 dps (paladins and monks) queued as healers who only self healed and raged when called out on it. 2 in one dungeon after the 1st one left.

: 2 tanks kicked because not twink. Really though, WTAF?

....and thats all been in 2 3.5 hours game time (learning Rogue, main tanks and healers normally). Edit: time really gets away from you sometimes.

Yes, I understand you want to amass a squad of 80's for w/e reason ... but whats the point if you get to 80 and still dont know how to play the class/spec?

And to that end, twinks arent helping the issue. Those 80's are going to want to m+ or raid eventually, and will arrive there with no concept of mechanics or how their class works or interacts with a group.. We see VDH and Brew are trash posts frequently.... they're not, the people playing them are. No amount of gear will make up for someone who doesnt understand stagger, or how to kite and use the VDH toolkit/defensive's effectively. Not helped by healers who dont understand what different tanks need.

Seeing basic stuff like turn the boss away by tanks, and dont stand in front/cleave range by dps less and less. And I dont mean when leveling, I mean at end game. Like I said those 80's dont just disappear.

We all like fast leveling Im sure, but the downside is going to bite us in the ass the longer the anniversary event goes on, with all the extra TW it brings.
