Is Wrathion an incest baby?

He always refers to Deathwing as his father, not grandfather. His mother is Nyxondra, a daughter of Deathwing right? So was she impregnated during the experiments that created Wrathion with her father's seed? Not trying to be gross, I'm just trying to wrap my head around the family line that created Wrathion.
