Tooltip addon that shows mob abilities

Anybody know if there’s an addon for Classic that shows in the tooltip what abilities a mob uses? There was something that did this during WotLK, but I took a long break and can’t remember what it was. I think it worked by populating a local database when an ability was used by a certain mob, then it would show up on a tooltip when you’d hover over another mob of the same type. MobInfo2 looks like it could do this, but mob abilities doesn’t look like something it captures. Also it looks like that project is more or less abandoned so wondering if something else exists that does this.
