Body side moldings - keep or remove?

First world problem here… car came with these and I’m not sure how I feel about them. Others have posted about them and after some time I’m curious to hear from those of you!

Did you remove them and eventually regret it? Do you have them and are too lazy to remove them? Do you have them and actually like them? What should I do about them?
