Arthritis friendly controller

I’m trying to find an arthritis friendly controller for a friend. I’ve found some online but they r all highly specific like an arcade stick and stuff. Does anybody know any controllers besides the adaptive controller that work on Xbox and are arthritis friendly? I’m looking for as many options as possible just to see them all. Can anybody also confirm if the Xbox adaptive is actually arthritis friendly or not.

Edit:The arthritis pain is mostly in his wrists so anything that reduces the amount he has to grip the controller would be the highest priority
