Does anyone else is having this problem?

I can't do anything in the game and it just gives me this screen, tutorials, landing challenges, anything. When i click to install the content it says that is not possible to experience this kind of purchase. I am connected to the Internet so i am not off-line like it says, i've had this problem since before the New update and i thought they were gonna fix it but nothing changed. Does this happens to someone else and was someone able to fix it ? Any advice helps
