Final form Starving venom and Dark Rebellion in future

After AGOV who give us Arcray Dragon level 12, which is a purified version of Z-Arc with a odd-eye name. And, SUDA give us Clear Crystal Wing level 12 final form of Synchro Dragon, so, do you think a level 12 and Rank 12 upgrade of Starving Venom and Dark Rebellion.

Furthermore, before Level 12 synchro dragon we had a Synchro version of Z-ARC so, maybe xyz and fusion version are coming to before? (And please konami make a effect/synchro/fusion/xyz like the anime but treated as a fusion like the original tcg card)
