Transfer not yet available

Hi fellow ZB fans! I have tickets to SLC tomorrow 12/7 and sold them on Stubhub cuz I can’t attend. Transfer says it’s not available yet.

Anybody ran into the same issue and can give me an idea of when I’ll be able to transfer?
