Is a keloid forming? I got this piercing about 3 weeks ago. I’ve been taking care of it with saline twice a day and I avoid touching it. There’s a small red lump forming underneath it and it’s smooth/shiny. I’m terrified if it’s a keloid pls help!

I got a bad tattoo a year ago and I’ve been getting it lasered off, I want to cover it up with peony’s. I’ve had 4 laser sessions so far… Is anyone able to tell me how close I am to being able to get it covered?
