When Conan interviewed the cast of BB, Jonathan Banks said he didn't like Mike being dumbed down by a writer who made him say "who killed who" instead of "whom" despite Banks suggesting changing it to the correct form. In BCS S4E2 Mike uses the unusual but correct "This is he" when answering a call.
