Do my nipples look okay I feel like I’m being paranoid ? They still have stitches and my incisions tape is still on but I’ve been cleaning them and keeping them covered with bandaids with aquaphor twice a day

1 week post op- god, when will i be able to move around and not feel like i'm gonna rip my chest in half? i feel so vulnerable without my compression binder on, doing nipple care is scary!!
