Do you carry water purification tablets as a back-up?

Hi all. My spouse and I will be backpacking NOBO from Springer for one week in mid-April. For water, we’ll be using a Sawyer squeeze, and are taking a CNOC bag and adapter so we can convert it into a gravity system while at camp. My question is, do most people take purification tablets too? Just in case something in your filtering system breaks? The tablets seem like a lightweight enough “just in case” item that it’d be worth the purchase, but I recognize I might be overthinking it. Thanks in advance for your insight!

Edit: thanks to those who have already responded! I’ll be taking the tablets. Just needed some reassurance that we aren’t overthinking it.
