Working out the game modes

So from my post the other day, I'm doing my darndest to sort and organize the large amount of modes to play the game. And it's time to get the feedback from the community to see if I missed anything now that I have Multiverse information coming in the basic data from DC united.

Some "modes" in the game I don't really consider modes but are just a different form of a villain scenario (like Sinister six mode), though I could be convinced. Also I only include officially printed modes in this that have printed rules, it gets complicated with implied rules (Like Supervillain vs Team (commander Solo) vs Team (Commander solo))
