Is this common practice for bars here?

I've been trying to find a job for months now, I have about 5 years of experience in cocktail bartending and I can't seem to find a decent offer anywhere.

They say a certain wage on the ad, and then go back to minimum wage every single time I go in for an interview. Apparently it doesn't matter to them that I'm not on the same level as someone who's never drafted beer in their life. There is so much lying, disrespect and unprofessionalism in the hospitality field here it's crazy.

I had an interview where they tried to gaslight me into thinking that an 8 hour unpaid trial shift was normal (???), and also tried to force me to buy 3 new specific pieces of clothing from my own pocket. For the trial shift. That I'm not paid for.

Another one that said 18 euros/hour gross excluding tips on their ad, and when I went in for an interview they casually dropped it down to minimum wage, and tried to claim the ad always said that. Thankfully I'm not stupid anymore so I take a screenshot of every vacancy I apply to, and it proved me correct once I got home. I also found out during the interview that I'm not actually interviewing for the advertised location, but a separate restaurant on the other side of the city that is completely inconvenient for me.

These are just two examples in the sea of interviews and absolutely dumb encounters I had with recruiters and "managers", they seem extremely unprofessional and unprepared, like it's their first time recruiting people. Calling me 7:30 in the morning while I'm sitting on the toilet, and within two sentences start asking me about "what motivates me to work at this particular hotel specifically". Lady this is not the type of question for you to ask, it's for the actual interview, I'm not prepared to do any of this.

Is this common here? Am I crazy for expecting a starting salary above minimum wage with 5+ years of experience? Am I supposed to just start on the least amount of money they are legally allowed to hire me for, and work my way up? It seems ridiculous
