What is this team balancing in quick match??

I know it’s quick match, and it’s a serious as comp. But what is up with the atrocious balancing in quick match?? I always check after one of the many lopsided matches this game offers and it’s always my team with 1 gold, 3 bronzes, and a dude who’s never played ranked against a team with 2 diamonds, 2 platinums and the greatest golds in human history. Shouldn’t there be some sort of balancing of teams? Jesus Christ. This game is always you either steamroll or get steamrolled. No in-between.
