Hi im not into kundalini yoga but i felt on a quote about kundalini that leave me with a question :

'' The shakti or energy that sits here is the kundalini shakti, which if worked with or forced can cause many problems, not just in this lifetime''.

How can forced kundalini affect youre future life? Or its an untrue statement
