Hi guys! Has anyone lived at The Quad or Orion? I was thinking of signing with one but some of the reviews are making me hesitant. I'm moving from tampa so I don't know much about the area. If anyone has any experience with them pls let me know! Im mostly concerned about safety and cleanliness 😊
