Volunteers to leave with extended severance? I have never heard of asking for volunteers unless everyone is 80+ and they are begging ppl to retire. But in this job market that’s a crazy ask “you may or may not be let go but only we know that so it’s up to you to guess and go now and get that extra severance if you think you are on the chopping block”-madness!
