I had mine 2 weeks ago, and my donor area has needle like pain, especially when I lay my head down or touch the donor area. I feel like it’s getting a little better. I just figured it was normal, but now I feel like it’s not. At least it seems from your experience it will eventually go away.

On further thought, you should go see your doctor now to get on top of the situation. Get them to check for inflammation and insure there is no infection. I may have waited too long thinking it was all part of the normal process and exacerbated the situation (or not, it's hard to say now).
