Anyone own the Osprey Atmos 65 AG? I recently got it, but pretty disappointed with it so far, and I also do not know how to set it up properly, how high the straps should be etc. I am 188cm. Also, after 5 minutes, a muscle starts aching around my shoulder blades on the left side. Suggestions?
