The April 2025 Study Edition Watchtower depicts an apostate holding a ‘Yes to blood’ sign. Which is funny… Because JW say yes to blood as long as it’s certain fractions of blood.
Watchtower, April 2025: We “must be careful not to promote our personal choices as being better than those of others.” For decades, the JW organization enforced a no-beard policy, in which not having a beard was a superior “personal choice”.
This week's Watchtower: “After receiving sound counsel from mature brothers and from my mother, I decided to leave university to serve Jehovah FULL-TIME. This helped me to make the best choices in my life, and I have no regrets.”
“Holding FIRMLY to the faithful word.”= Elders must be good students of the Bible AND of our publications. They can't resist always inserting themselves in the picture as having higher authority than scripture. Strange how many of us could not see through such flawed logic, and many still can't see!
If you thought they're toning down on higher education bashing after removing Tony Morris' January 2015 Higher Education Broadcast, recent study articles have shown that they're instead doubling down on demonizing it!
Imperfect organisation
Website Frontpage article: "Is Protest the Answer?" "We do not takes sides on ANY political issue." "Jehovah’s Witnesses do not engage in protests." Are these people being honest?
"There has always been a governing body!" say JW. But did you know it goes back way further than the First Century and even ancient Israel?!
Memorial: So every year they invite people to join them to commemorate Christ IN OBEDIENCE TO HIS COMMAND, only for you to attend and be told that Jesus’ actual command doesn’t apply to you or to them!
If not for cult pressure, why would something as natural as wishing a happy and prosperous new year for someone be labeled as evil!?
Does anyone else scroll this sub during meetings?
How can Jehovah’s Witnesses be satisfied with the Watchtower’s view of the Bible which offers no explanation of the basic scriptural questions regarding Jesus being Michael the Archangel?
How true is the statement we find in Daily Text 2025?
"How shall we view the spiritual food provided by this “faithful and discreet slave”? Should it be viewed critically—‘Oh, well, it might be true but then again it might not be and so we have to scrutinize it very critically’?" - The org doesn't want their content scrutinized.
See who is talking about intellectual honesty and an open-mind!
Why can't they see themselves in the picture?! - Part 1
Why can't they see themselves in picture? PART 2: Condemning others for the very things they're guilty of.
It’s Christmas Day—while the world is celebrating, laughing, and enjoying time with loved ones, #JW are reminded to ‘obey without complaint (again!)
Let me ask a question: Why is it ok for this guy to NOT be neutral with politics? - saying that T.R.U.M.P was telling lies. (Whether it was true or not, is not the point)
"Do you believe the GB is God's spokesperson on Earth?"
So what exactly are Pioneers appointed to do in the congregation? What is their role?
This Week's Watchtower: "After his baptism, Nortey wanted to pioneer, BUT his father expected him to go to university." Why do they keep keep creating these false dichotomies?? What happened to "Be Obedient to Your Parents"? Was the father asking his 16-year-old son to commit a sin or a crime?!
Explain reasoning on New Light
You know IT'S DEFINITELY A CULT when BEFORE BAPTISM you're deemed capable of personally examining the Bible for yourself, comparing with what's in the publications and making your own decisions; you're free to ask so many questions like children; BUT AFTER BAPTISM you lose all those privileges!
This week's Watchtower Study: Do as we say not as we do. We will never apologize to those we have hurt, but you should.
