This man was sitting in his parked car talking to a friend. Suddenly, this Ecorse PD cop drove by them and blared his emergency siren at the man's friend. This man called out the cop for this rogue behavior. The cop then attempted an unlawful traffic stop to harass the man. This man wasn't have it!
