Adjustment of Status enveloped delivered 1-27 but no notice of receipt or cashed checks.

Anyone else experiencing this bug in Rush/Rivals??? In this clip I'm holding the sprint button the entire time and nothing else. Same thing happens on defense. It's like my character is stuck in slowmotion or as if one of the buttons on the controller is stuck. I'm not trying to shield the ball
