Chest pains that come and go, sometimes sharp and sometimes dull but usually momentary. The ones explained by costochondritis are mostly gone. But this mystery pain on the side of my rib cage directly under my arm pit still persists. Also have sore lymph nodes in arm pits and neck. Anyone else?
