It’s fully part of their business model. Super scummy. Based on your description (pictures would be nice), this in reality is at MOST a $1000 repair taking just a few hours.

I can't attach picture into the post (first time posting), but I wish I can show cause okay obviously the side mirror is gone case, but no dents nothing on the side door/front part, he just hit cleanly he mirror part. So yeah, hard for me to believe I have to spend $7.5k for just that.
