Je suis d'accord que sur le ménage de ma terrasse je suis en tord, je ne l'utilise jamais donc je ne fait pas gaffe, mais je le ferait sans faute maintenant... Mais je n'ai quasiment jamais de pigeons, ça va faire 1 an et demie que j'y suis et c'est vraiment rare...

Hey ! I'm french and I did the repair in france but I think the repair system is quite the same! So I bought a Le pliage bag back in 2019 in think, and it also had holes on the corner. Longchamp accepted to repair it for free (it took 5 weeks). The new sew looks great, but the bottom is definitely smaller. It was 31 cm, but now it's 28 cm. It's not a huge difference, but my laptop does not longer fit in it (13"). I'm a bit disappointed because they did not tell me before the repair and there is no coming back.
