Why are my fingernails ugly, when I was young I would scratch the half circle thing in my nails and I stopped doing that when I was 7 but somehow my finger skin starts peeling and sometimes blood is involved (I'm not doing anything)( I'm now 18) What should I do. Also I never bite my fingers
