Hello, since golfers deal with this I have had inflammation pain inside of my outer elbow for 6+ months now.. all inside of the pen, it doesn’t hurt to move my elbow but I can be laying down and it can get inflamed randomly, anyone here had to overcome this and how?? Any reasoning behind my pain?
