I’m new to card collecting and am I correct in thinking this is a chrome blue refractor autograph card?? If so I got it from a blaster box! (£30!!)

Anyone know what these are worth? I have them in perfect condition and got told they were quite rare. Can’t find them online for sale anywhere in this colour-way. Appreciate any help
