Sarted doing these Deficit Deadlifts from a 10cm block for the first time with 340lbs. (150kg) with a double overhand grip. (No hook) for 3 sets of 5 and i was really struggling with my grip in this last set. But now i finally bought straps for the next workout. @191bw and i want that 450+ Deadlift.
135 Pound Dumbell Rows for 3 sets of 8 reps each hand. Decided to try to keep my elbow on the bench and found it way harder to perform rows.
So i am new to grip training. I have been doing powerlifting for a few years. But about 6 months ago i got interested in grip strenght. But i haven't trained it specifically. How much could average men for example, 1 arm deadlift without hook grip. I am now getting started. 95kg/215 Pound Deadlift.

Dumbell Rows yet again, 3 sets of 10 reps with a 150 Pound Dumbell. I got pretty tired on the last set but managed to do 3 sets of 10 with each arm. Strapless, so my grip was getting a bit weak. 2min break/set. 192 BW.
So i have been dropping weight for about a year now and i am about 195's. Exactly a year ago, i weighted in at 219 and i wasn't happy about my day to day life. So what would you recommend me to do? I am 173cm/ 5feet/8 inches tall. I am feeling a lot better at this weight tho.
