Single Arm Dumbell Krock-Rows. Max reps with a 170lbs/76.5kg Dumbell and it wasn't pretty with that amount of weight with a BW of 193lbs. I do these overload sets from time to time but 95% of the time anything but these😁

The first pic has been taken today and the other in 2022 while living in hell. So basically i have been doing MAT for exactly 14 months right now. And only for the past 4 months, have i been able to take MAT and the medication "Seriously" how it should be taken sublingually. (8mg Film/daily)

How do you train Pendlay Rows? I noticed that a jump from 255lbs/115kg to 265lbs/120kg was a bit too much so i couldn't rep clean like i did with 255lbs/115kg for 3x3. Just doing these the same day after i deadlift. My Deadlift PR is 465lbs/210kg.

Yesterday i tried heavier Kettlebell Presses to know where i am atm. Pressed the 44kg Bell(Right) and 42kg (Left). After that i pressed the 32kg Bell for 5 sets of 5 reps both hands (90second breaks between sets). I tried to do the 5x5 with the 32kg slowly and controlled.

44kg Bell pressed and the training continues. Now i can say that it wasn't the most stable to Press. But still going forward. Going forward now by decreasing the weight and increasing the volume to get more presses with lighter Bells (32kg-36kg). And at some point, trying the 48kg. Back to Work!

Single Arm Kettlebell Cleans and Presses with a 35kg Kettlebell for 4 sets of 6 reps both hands. 1min30sec Breaks/Each set. (32kg Bell+3kg added plate). Now it has been a little over a month since i started to train with Bells again. But ultimately i want that 48kg Clean and Press one day💪

I had to try this one out today, i know not the best technique and all that. Balancing those added plates was quite hard. 1 Arm Kettlebell Rows. 51kg/115lbs for 22 reps.

Kettlebell Workout finisher right here. 32kg/71lbs Ketlebell Rows for max reps. 40x32kg Both hands. Definitely got a great pump. My training style includes both challenging and hard sets and actual muscle building sets so i love to do both.😁

First i did the Bench Press workout 2x2x275lbs. Then i switched to 32kg/71lbs Kettlebell Clean&Presses for 4 sets of 8 reps. Total of 32 Cleans&Presses both hands. 1minute breaks between working sets.
