Single Arm Kettlebell Cleans and Presses with a 35kg Kettlebell for 4 sets of 6 reps both hands. 1min30sec Breaks/Each set. (32kg Bell+3kg added plate). Now it has been a little over a month since i started to train with Bells again. But ultimately i want that 48kg Clean and Press one day💪

I don't know if that is even a descent lift because i know guys can do that with 400lbs+ but i am happy. Just need practise. At 189

I have always tried to gain maximum power and at the same time build as much muscle mass as possible while maintaining a descent enough Cardio. For example, i first do 1-2 heavy sets in any movement, followed by small weight+high reps.
