Body heat issue : Hey folks , happy Monday. I've been having hard time having a good sleep recently. Body heats up fast and cooling the room with fan/ AC doesn't help much . Looking for a cool fabric lightweight blanket (throw blanket). Tried one from Kohl's but it got me rashes. Plz suggest.
