We're a sub that supports and aims to help people diagnosed with cyclothymia. Cyclothymia is a form of bipolar, often known as 'bipolar-lite' it affects thousands worldwide and although it's effects may not be as profound as full bipolar, it is still an all pervasive condition that many of us cope with.

Has anyone here managed living with this disorder while also never experiencing inpatient?

I’m diagnosed with Schizoid PD and Paranoid PD, but I now realise that I’ve experienced auditory hallucinations throughout my life during paranoid episodes. Am I maybe not schizoid? Is this worth mentioning to my psychiatrist?
