I am also a Mordkin enjoyer and modeled my Age of Sigmar clan after them! I had been frustrated trying to figure out how to put bone accessories on them and this is very inspiring. Did you also use miliput for the halberd head? Now I want to try my hand at sculpting!

Yes indeed, this is miliput sculpt - one part is the blade itself + second part is the upper reinforcement. Rivets are some plastic balls i sourced from a used water filter.

Cut off the crest of the regular head and used miliput to sculpt the skull helmet on the head directly
