Hey. I never suffered with mental health but 18 months ago I lost the ability to sleep. Since then I average 20 minutes a week if I am lucky. Can anyone help me?

I wish there was somewhere in the world I could be monitored for a length of time. Its been 18 months and i just cant fall asleep or feel the slightest bit tired. Its a horror movie. I was accepted at an assisted suicide clinic but my dad stopped it. If he knew my suffering. He would let me go.
