Got a Lenovo ThinkPad T15 Gen 1 a few months ago as a quick-fix laptop and it's not going great, it crashes and stutters all the time. How can I fix the problem? should I swap the RAM or do something else?

How ceratin can i be that they moved to other rooms? I saw the first bedbug around two weeks ago on my bed, I never slept anywhere else and spent the majority of my time in the room when not at work. Could have they latched onto me and moved into other floors of the house?
