F/28/5’3” [185lbs > 175lbs =10lbs] 3 months | Went from a crappy office job to a way better, more physical job which has helped me kick start losing weight and gaining muscle back. It’s been hard and a fairly slow process so far but I’m happier and stronger than I’ve felt in a few years!
