PSA The new 3-cost echoes from Rinascita "The Knights" have a 100% drop chance and are very scarce on the map; you can only farm 4 to 5 per day. I suggest prioritizing farming these daily if you have limited time to farm, especially if you're still in the mines farming your echoes.
